Dr. Scena Webb is the founder of Celebrate Incorporated, a minority and veteran owned educational nonprofit organized exclusively for charitable, and educational purposes, more specifically to provide educational services to military veterans and doctoral candidates.

Chief WebbDr. Webb’s military career spanned over 21 years retiring in 2005.

Dr. Webb has been awarded the Joint Service Commendation Medal, Navy Commendation Medal, and eight Navy Achievement Medals. She has been recognized with Certificates of Recognition by the Secretary of Defense, William S. Cohen, and U.S. Senator Carl Levin.

graduation 4Dr. Webb earned her Bachelor degree in Human Resources Administration from Saint Leo University, a Master degree in Public Administration from Troy State University, Doctorate degree of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix, and a post-doctoral Master of Science in Psychology from Capella University. Dr. Webb is an Internataional Coach Federation (ICF) certified coach, speaker, and trainer with the John Maxwell Group.

Dr. Webb published her original research on attracting qualified minority and diversity naval candidates to the Navy.  Her research  explores various theories that have an impact on attracting young talent into the naval leadership corps.  Dr. Webb offers a book about her military career available on Amazon for print and in a Kindle version.

IMG_2112On Veterans Day in 2014, Dr. Webb was recognized for her charity to veterans by First Lady Michelle Obama receiving an award through the Business and Professional Women organization.  As an entrepreneur, a veteran, a scholar, a practitioner, an author, and a citizen, Dr. Webb believes that reaching out to veterans and budding scholars is her way of service to others.

Celebrate Incorporated is a 501(3)(c) nonprofit organization.  The company is registered as a public charity status 170(b)(1)(A)(vi).
